Health - Very Very Important Tips

Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
Do not take pills with COOL water.
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

Lizzy & Oscar.. sekor jntan, sekor betine.. so sepasang la.. ;) puas la dok pk nme yg suai tuk si bby cumel ni.. mcm2 nme yg t'kua dr kotak fkran nie.. yg x munasabah pn ade gak, like adam & hawa..!! wakaka..sgt la xsesuai lyak nme yg mulia tu tuk binatang kn?hehe Last2 t'cetus la idea nk bg nme Lizzy & Oscar.. I like.. :) actually Lizzy stand for turtle betina, n ofcoz Oscar for turtle jntan.. Aktiviti 2 ekor ni since bli last week, ske sgt 'tindih-menindih'..!! xcaye?? ce tgk ni..!!  

 

 si cumel sdng 'beraksi'..haha

 penat sudah..!! 

cute kn..?? hahaha.. ni la acara rasmi dorg setiap hri, pntang ltak kt tmpt gelap.. mle la nk together2..hehe.. but im stil love them.. dlu pnah ade sekor, bli saiz 50sen, smpai la jd besar xmuat akuarium, aku lps kn dia kt tasik ttwngsa.. elyn bg nme die 'tanto'.. ishh..rindu plak kt 'tanto'..huhu.. wlwpn skrg dh ade Lizzy & Oscar, elyn xpnh lpe kt 'tanto'.. klu pegi ttwngsa, mst dok ingt, ntah idup ke dh mati si 'tanto' tu..klu manusia, bole gak elyn sedekah kn Al-Fatihah..hihik.. pape pn elyn akn jge si Lizzy & Oscar ni sebaik mgkin, dn slagi t'mampu.. :)
